High temperature control accuracy:
Using SUS304 stainless steel heater as the heating element, the intelligent temperature controller collects the temperature value in the test chamber in real time, compares it with the temperature setting value on the controller, and controls the on-off time of the SSR through PID calculation.
In this way, the output heat of the heater is controlled. At the same time, the forced hot air circulation mode is adopted to achieve the purpose of operating the temperature inside the box according to the setting program.

Leakage protection switch: The circuit breaker with leakage, short circuit and overcurrent protection is activated to effectively protect all electrical components;
Over-temperature protector: independent over-temperature protector, when the temperature is abnormally too high, the heater power supply is disconnected;

Air supply system:
1. Forced convection level supply air circulation, the motor runs circulatorilily to drive wind wheel to electric heaters rotor,send the hot wind into the oven and then inhalt it to air passage after using to be air source again, thus reduce heat cycle energy loss and ensure the uniform temperature.When opening or closing the door may cause disturbance action this system can be used to recover temperature operation conditions quickly.
