What is an industrial oven? What categories is it divided into?
Industrial ovens are one of the drying equipment, and each product has different characteristics, resulting in different requirements for industrial ovens.
Each industrial oven unit has its own specific scope of application, and for each material you can find several drying units that meet the basic requirements, but only one is more suitable.
If you do not choose the right equipment, in addition to having to bear the unnecessary high procurement costs, the effect of the material baking effect will not be worth the loss, such as low efficiency, high energy consumption, high operating costs, poor product quality, or even not working properly at all.
Therefore, the purchase of industrial ovens should be selected according to specific materials and special requirements, in order to achieve twice the result with half the effort.
Let's take a look at the classification and application fields of industrial ovens!
1. Application fields of high temperature ovens (ovens): aerospace, nanomaterials, silicone rubber, precision ceramics, powder metallurgy, spraying, hardware, motors, stators, rotors, auto parts, etc.;
2. Dust-free clean oven (class 100, class 1,000, class 10,000) Application fields: silica gel, semiconductor, LCM, LCD, LED, MLCC, TFT, touch screen, solar panel, backlight panel, ceramics, quartz oscillator, PCB, PE, electrolytic capacitors, rubber and plastic keyboards, computer spare parts, etc.;
3. Large-scale industrial oven application fields: PCB, hardware, plastic, chemical industry, silk screen printing, spraying, electronics, etc.
4. Vacuum oven application fields: heat sensitivity, easily decomposed, easily oxidized substances, pharmaceutical fields, etc.
5. LED special oven application field: LED photoelectric industry, dot matrix, digital tube, LED light-emitting diode, SMD, high power, SMD and other curing baking.
How to choose to buy an industrial oven?
First: the heating tube of the industrial oven. The material and winding method of the heating tube in the oven directly affect the baking effect. If you want to achieve a satisfactory degree of baking, then you need to choose a good heating tube, so heating tube is very important when choosing an industrial oven.
Second: look at the material inside the industrial oven. If the interior of an industrial oven is not easy to clean, grease can easily accumulate. After baking at high temperature, it is easy to cause a fire in an industrial oven, which is a very dangerous thing. Therefore, whether the internal material of the industrial oven is easy to clean is also an important point to consider when purchasing.
Third: Look at the power cord of the industrial oven. Generally speaking, industrial ovens used for low-end products use silicone wires with poor heat resistance, while good quality industrial ovens use rubber wires with good heat resistance and long-term use that will not burn.
Fourth: Look at the thermal insulation effect of the industrial oven. A sufficiently standard oven is very focused on insulation because if the heat cannot stay in the oven and let it spread out of the body, the baking will be poor and energy will be wasted.
Fifth: Look at the size of the industrial oven. The size of the interior of an industrial oven can be determined based on the size and number of test items. During the drying process, the number and arrangement of test items in the industrial oven studio affect the uniformity of temperature in the studio. When the uniformity of temperature uniformity is high, it is recommended to reduce the number of samples or choose a large industrial oven to ensure hot air convection in the working room. Item samples are maintained with a clearance of 2-3 cm or more from the inner wall or the air inlet and outlet, which facilitates the convection of hot air in the working chamber of the industrial oven.
Sixth: Observe the temperature of the oven. This is something we can determine when we buy the oven. If we are not sure, we can take samples and test them after the design is completed. In this way, we can obtain better temperature requirements for the processed product. In addition, a good industrial oven and temperature can be adjusted within a certain range, and the temperature can also be adjusted, as well as auxiliary systems such as temperature control alarms.
How should an industrial oven be used?
The inner liner of the industrial oven is filled with aluminum silicate fiber, so that a layer of insulation can be formed in the industrial oven, so as to ensure the temperature in the oven and make the oven work normally.
Industrial ovens have a wide range of applications in production, because industrial materials need to be dried before they can be used. Industrial ovens can be said to be a general-purpose drying equipment that is useful in various industries that require drying materials.
Industrial ovens need to be installed in a dry and level place indoors. Different types of industrial ovens have different configurations. Please read the equipment manual carefully before use. When ready, the sample can be placed, the chamber door closed, then the power turned on, the temperature set, etc.
A current air switch matching the test should be installed on the power line of the industrial oven, and there should be a ground wire. Do not arbitrarily remove the side door of an industrial oven to change the circuit.
Only open the chamber for inspection or notify the manufacturer if there is a malfunction in the test chamber. After the temperature reaches the standard, the high temperature switch of the industrial oven can be turned off to reduce power consumption and prolong the service life of the relay.
If you want to observe the sample condition in the working room of the industrial oven, you can use the glass door to observe it. The door cannot be opened to avoid affecting the constant temperature in the oven. Especially when the temperature rises to 300°C, if the door is opened, the glass door may be damaged. Rapid cooling and rupture.
The inside and outside of industrial ovens should be kept clean.
When used, the temperature should not exceed the limit temperature of the industrial oven. And special tools should be used when testing. To prevent burns, cut off the power supply in time after get off work to ensure safety.
