Temperature control of UV weather resistance test chamber
During the UV light cycle period in the UV light weather resistance test chamber, the photochemical reaction is usually not sensitive to temperature. But the rate of any subsequent reaction is dependent on the temperature. The rate of these reactions increases with increasing temperature. Therefore, it is very important to control the temperature during UV exposure. In addition, the temperature of the accelerated weathering test must be consistent with the maximum temperature at which the material is directly exposed to sunlight.
In the UV light weather resistance test chamber, the UV exposure temperature can be set at any temperature between 50°C and 75°C according to the illuminance and ambient temperature. The UV exposure temperature is regulated by a sensitive thermostat and blower system so that the temperature of the test chamber has excellent uniformity.
Precautions and maintenance of UV weather resistance test chamber
1. During the operation of the equipment, be sure to maintain a sufficient water source.
2. In the test phase, the time for opening the door should be minimized.
3. There is a sensing device in the working room, and do not suffer strong impact.
4. If you need to use it again after a long time, you must carefully check the water source, power supply and various components, and then start the device after confirming that it is correct.
5. Because ultraviolet radiation has a strong hazard to personnel (especially eyes), operators should minimize exposure to ultraviolet rays (contact time should be less than 1min). It is recommended that operators wear protective goggles and protective covers.
6. When the equipment is not working, it should be kept dry, the water after running should be drained, and the working room and box should be wiped dry.
7. After use, cover the plastic cover to avoid dust intrusion. If there is dust, it should be removed.
