Industrial oven, precision oven, constant temperature oven, air mode is divided into 1:1. Up and down air type. The air type is about 3. According to the product different adopt reasonable baking air transportation way. For industrial ovens, note the following.
1. test temperature: the temperature control range of the general industrial oven is more than 50 degrees above the temperature required for the test at room temperature 5~250(some models can reach 300), because the instrument itself needs a testable space. For example, you need to test a temperature of 100 degrees, then you have to choose at least 150 degrees or more oven. More than 300, all need to be used to high temperature oven.
2. tray: the oven can be layered. Configuration tray, net disk, solid disk, punching hole disk. According to their own products, choose different trays, in the purchase of ovens, manufacturers will give one or two trays, more need to buy separately.
3. inner box size: generally choose the size of the inner box to ensure that the product from the box 10 cm, if the baking material is too dense, will affect the test effect, and even make heating difficult.
4. Place:
(1) whether the instrument can enter the door, whether the elevator and the door can enter,
(2) whether there is a place to connect the electricity, whether the instrument is 220 V or 380 V,; or
(3) It is best to leave a space with flammable and explosive materials
