Background:
The destruction of products and materials by natural water (rainwater, sea water, River water, etc.) has caused incalculable economic losses every year. The damage mainly includes corrosion, fading, deformation, strength reduction, expansion, mildew and so on. Especially, electrical products are easy to cause fire because of short circuit caused by rainwater. Therefore, it is an essential and key procedure to carry out the shell protection water test for specific products or materials.General application fields: Outdoor lamps, household appliances, automotive accessories and other electronic and electrical products.
Function of the equipment:
The main function of the equipment is to test the physical and other related properties of electronic and electrical products, lamps, cabinets, electrical components, automobiles, motorcycles and their components under simulated rainy weather conditions. After testing, the performance of the product can be judged by verification, so as to facilitate the design, improvement, verification and factory inspection of the product.

Machine features:
1. It is suitable for ipx1 and ipx2 waterproof grade test.
2. The cabinet of the equipment adopts double structure design of inner box and outer shell. The shell is made of domestic high-quality A3 steel plate, and the surface is sprayed with baking paint, which is beautiful and durable.
3. Rainplate, inner box of equipment, turntable and other water related parts are all made of SUS304 stainless steel to ensure no rust during long-term use.
4. The drip tank adopts vacuum design and SUS304 stainless steel structure; the nozzle base adopts patented technology of brass cone, which is convenient for quick replacement of drip needle.
5. The water supply pipeline is equipped with a precision filter to filter the impurities in the water and prevent the needle from blocking.
6. It has the function of compressed air drainage. After the test is completed, the excess water in the drip tank and the needle head can be removed to avoid clogging the pinhole due to water accumulation and scaling for a long time. (Note: the gas source should be provided by the user)
7. Step motor is used in the sample stage, and the rotation speed and standard angle can be accurately set on the touch screen. The standard speed of ipx1 is 1R / min; the ipx2 angle test can be completed automatically. The requirement of drips rain at 4 positions for 2.5min respectively.
8. The test box is equipped with sample power socket (standard configuration ac220,10a; it can be customized according to needs). The power on and off time program control of sample power supply: power off (0-999min) - power on (0-999min) - power off (0-999min), which is suitable for live test of samples.
9. The LED waterproof lamp is installed in the test box, and the observation window is made of toughened glass, which is convenient to observe the test situation in the box.
10. Equipment built-in circulating water tank, circulating water, water tank structure is easy to clean design. The water level of the water tank is controlled automatically, and the alarm detection of high and low water level is provided.
11. The core control components are 7-inch touch screen + Panasonic PLC; the electrical components are imported brands such as LS and OMRON.
12. UI control function: independent development of IPX waterproof grade test operation interface, directly select the waterproof level, automatically test according to the standard waterproof level conditions; simple and intelligent.
13. The base of the equipment is equipped with 4 movable casters, which is convenient for moving and fixing.
14. The case is equipped with embedded spare parts box, which is convenient to place common spare parts (such as hexagon screw driver, filter element, needle, etc.).
15. Use digital flow meter and connect with signal from the controller. Only need to set the flow on the controller, do not need manually adjusting, the whole test fully automatic.
