Yes, we are one of the professional and largest manufacturers of customized industrial drying ovens, hot air ovens, laboratory ovens, vacuum ovens, universal tensile testing machines, environmental climatic chambers, muffle furnaces, and plastic & rubber testing equipment in China. All machines purchased from our factory include a 12-month warranty after shipment, with free maintenance typically offered for 12 months. Considering sea transportation, we can extend this by 2 additional months for our customers.
If your machine experiences issues, you can contact us via email or phone. We will work to identify the problem through conversation or video chat if necessary, providing solutions within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation.
What are your delivery terms?
For standard machines, we maintain warehouse stock. If no stock is available, standard machine delivery typically takes 15-20 working days after deposit receipt. We can make special arrangements for urgent requirements.
