Yes, we are one of the professional and largest manufacturers of environmental chambers, industrial ovens, universal tensile testers, UV aging test chambers, industrial muffle furnaces, paper packing testers, plastic rubber testers, adhesive testers, and other testing equipment in China. Every machine purchased from our factory includes a 12-month warranty after shipment. We offer 12 months of free maintenance, with an additional 2-month extension considering sea transportation.
If your machine experiences issues, you can contact us via email or phone. We will troubleshoot the problem through conversation or video chat if necessary. Once we confirm the problem, we provide solutions within 24 to 48 hours.
What is the delivery term?
For standard machines, we maintain stock in our warehouse. If no stock is available, normal delivery time is 15-20 working days after deposit receipt (for standard machines only). For urgent requirements, we can make special arrangements.
Do you accept customization service? Can I have my logo on the machine?
Yes, we offer both standard and customized machines according to your requirements. We provide OEM and ODM services, including placing your logo on the equipment.
How can I install and use the machine?
After ordering testing machines from us, we provide English version operation videos via email. Most machines are shipped fully assembled - you simply need to connect the power cable and begin operation. If necessary, we can assist with on-site installation.
